The Iowa Rural EMS Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to updating, upgrading, and strengthening Iowa's rural EMS agencies through grant programs that are fully funded with the proceeds raised from Foundation events.
Our mission is to support and stabilize rural EMS agencies across Iowa by leveling the financial playing field. We fill the gap created when population density declines to ensure all Iowans have access to high-quality emergency medical services that are equipped to save lives, not the budget.
